I'm not entirely sure what you are asking - but a VERY general plot line of chapter two follows:

There are three things you can do to advance the plot - (1) finding the reason behind the druids problem in the woods to the east, (2) finding the reason behind the orc, goblin, ogre raids to the north and (3) an encounter in Charwood. Each of those will provide info about who was behind the plot in Neverwinter and all three point to Luskan. Going back to the Barracks and presenting the appropriate journals / letters etc. to Aribeth and Aarin Gend should give you a dialogue telling you to procede to Luskan. [img]smile.gif[/img]
