Again I say, there is no way of telling.
If they are equally matched, both clans will suffer horrendous casualties before a victor emerges. With the surviving clan in a weakend state, Mr. Richards can just walk in and finish it off.
Otherwise, if they are not equally matched, the stronger clan will triumph. Which one that would be depends on the way the clan is made up, what abilities they and the leaders have, and so on.
If you are asking whether 100 orcs could beat 100 skeletons, then I'd have to say no, the skeletons would likely win.
