I know a goooooood place to harvest XP then.
I was merely trying to provide some input regarding Elminster in regular unmodified "pure" BG1/totsc in case I missed something and to allow someone smarter than me to take over where I left. (Points finger at Six). Like him.
My outmost admiration to Six on the Demonknight - a fact I didn't make clear previously. I wonder if you have to beat him up again in the cellar?
