That would be a good idea for those who don't have the FRUA experience and for the things that are new (for example, GDPL or whatever the scripting util is called) BUT...
Since its in the works so to speak, the god of creation (cocospud) may decide to change something which means you'd have to update. I'm not saying its a good idea, I think its a great idea (especially since I do have FRUA experience and have yet to be able to figure out how to edit spells), but it would have to modify to fit upgrades (so it'd be some work).
