My sympathies- and I hope you still had all of your paperwork, etc. The hard drive crashed on our laptop a couple of months ago and when we re-installed everything, we didn't have the necessary info to re-register some of the pre-installed software (to be honest, we're not sure that we ever had the MS stuff

). The only suggestion customer service had for us (Dell) was to upgrade b/c it costs less than new. (As if...)
Glad you like DAZ|Studio. Every question I've had has been answered in the studio forum at the daz site. As soon as I do something half-way decent, I am going to post it over there and let them all know about Dungeon Craft.
