Are you sure you're giving him the right numbers? After you get the info from the black box, you have to go upstairs and use the tracker to get the ship's exact location.
The tracker is where you install the silver ball you got from Bobo's cage. You want to calculate the orbit by putting in the coords from the black box (just the numbers, not the letters, separated by spaces). That will give you the numbers Z'ant is waiting for.
