AFAIK, u just have to walk around the city alot, and ull meet some more wizards. DONT HAND EDWIN OVER TO THEM. Eventually one will turn her back into himself.
Apparently this only happens in Athkatla though( not in Spellhold or the UNderdark or even placed like Trademeet).
