If you're referring to the spells Minor Sequencer and Spell Trigger, you must first memorize the spell. Cast the spell, and a menu will appear from which you can choose the spells you'd like to include in your trigger (the spells that you choose must also be memorized). Minor Sequencer (4th spell) allows you to store two spells, both of which must be of 2nd level or lower. Spell Trigger (8th level spell) allows you to store 3 spells, all of which must be of 6th level or lower. Once you select your spells, you'll see the animation of your character casting the spell.

To use these stored triggers, click the special ability button and look for the icon that represents your sequencer or trigger. Simply click on that icon, and whatever spells you selected will be cast simultaneously.
