Hmm I never said that I used Kit editor...in fact I have never used Kit Editor. That is for making kits and you're making an NPC. Even when I make kits, I edit the 2DAs manually (heh, an old habit from before Kit editor existed).
The 2DA files are in the BIF file called Default.bif but if you actually try Near Infinity you will see that there is a 2DA folder on the resource tree....Near Infinity looks into the BIFs and lists all resources in them..that's why you don;t need WinBiff. Anyway read the NPC tutorial on Teambg...you found it right?
