Remember that the bandwidth issue goes for every site, not just TeamBG. Memnoch said it before, if you've got a cool pic then upload it on your own site rather then linking to the original site.
If you don't want to go through the hassle of getting your own site, I would be happy to host it for you on my little corner of web-space. I only use it to host my own sigpic anyway.
