well almost I don't have BGII so I don't even know Aerie or Nalia but I like Jaheira and what I've heard of the other two sounds good.
What we have to offer: We're a new, small clan, which means that we can be more flexible and tolerant than the old clans which are set in their ways. We are a good clan, but will also accept neutrals. Apart from the Aerie-loving rule, there are no other restrictions. I'm afraid I have to go to bed now, but I'm sure Avatar will join you up when he's back!
