You just need the ring to get in the door to steal the eye. Did you do all of this?
Use the eye to get into the Boogre totem which will turn your party back normal again. Or maybe you did already.
Also talk to Grunaxe's ghost, and once you're done in Boogreville, head back and Master Wu will accept the quest.
