Hi,
When you get to nymph lake, kill anything close. Then set the priest(s) to "give" the potion. Then run around with the priest as the primary char, tying to click on mekgawa. It takes a while, but you eventully note the potion is gone from your "give" command windows and you may even see'hear mekgawas say "Toads need this". It's anoying but doaable.
