And if you want to make you own items go to the TeamBG linked in Luvian's post for IEEP..... Its Great Fun and easy to use IMO.... then you can make all sortz of cool weapons.... realistic or Stupidly Overpowered.... and you can make your own spellz to [img]smile.gif[/img]
As for you idea for the Weapons packs.... there are Plenty of Websites with Great Packs available.... but Im sure if you wanted you could ask one of the Mods about it
