also when you create items with really over the top stats they usually crash the game, my friend made a sword that did 10d100 damage
(silly I know) but the game wouldn't have any of it, until he reduced the damage(considerably).

So people might not be willing to make your item because they don't want to waste there time making an item thats doomed to fail.

and as for me I only create game balanced equipment.

P.S why don't you have a bash at making your own items, its not that
hard if you follow the tutorials just download IEEP and a few
tutorials from www.teambg.com
