Go all the way past the ruins on the east side, and check all the gold kanet plants next to a tree by the water. (The plant will be named "gold kanet" just like all the others, you'll have to click on it to find out if it's the right one. Also, I couldn't find enough to get five flowers, but if you rest for about a day they will come back.
