nope cant get higher willpower due to the fact i havent a primary or secondary willpower skill, so i create the multiplier but nothing to multiply so always 1, ie i can pump 20 into something using willpower and it will still only give me 1 on levelling.
ah and im a nord with warriors starsign so not the most magical of individuals but as im pretty maxxed on the warrior side of things im trying to improve my spellcasting, so no way of me getting more than 100?
