The only thing Xbox has going for it is smooth gameplay (disregarding the occasional crash). There are no expansions in the works for Xbox, so I'd say PC. The one thing I'm experiencing trouble with is slow processing, and this is unusual considering I meet or exceed all the requirements. Regardless, PC is your best pick.
