Radek, the is a mod that gives Creeper roughly 9 million gold (well it maxes out the gold capacity anyway)
Also I'm gonna guess you don't know about the mud crab merchant. I think he carries about 50k. Creeper and mudcrab do not have disposition levels and they always give you a straight value. If a dagger is worth 5000, they will start the haggling at 5000. You can usually bump them up by a few hundred with a decent mercantile skill though.
