I'm on the quest to find out what the chunk of ice is that the miners found at Raven Rock.
I went and spoke to the outcast Nord and he gave me the special ice pick in order to get a piece and bring it back to him.
I've tried to break a piece off with the pick, but nothing happens. My strength is at 90. Do I need to increase it or am I doing something wrong?
