[Bozos of Bones]

I just got both Tribunal and Bloodmoon, and I'm starting to hate Tribunal. I'm in teh Dark Brotherhood sewers, and there's this guy in this room who's got a bow. Anyways, every time I come close to killing him, he says something, in a buffer overflow fashion. I can't get out of the damned conversation menu, and I can't even Taunt him as the goodbye option is removed by another batch of "You're in teh Dark Brotherhood hideout? You die!" crap. Anyone know a good way to get rid of this? Is it important for him to say something?
