On topic: I just beat Arcanum an hour ago, and I love it's music. If I had to make a toplist it would probably go like this:
StarCraft
Arcanum
Icewind Dale 2
Duke Nukem(all)
Unreal Tournament(I call it the unreal tornment, but i really love it)
FAKK 2
Conquest(the space strategy)
Freespace 2
Metal Gear Solid 2
Dungeon Keeper 2
