I asked her if she did a trace route-- that will show you if a server between my server and her system, and let her know if one of the servers in between was screwy.. It happens... We've been up with no probs since the day we went up, and man, it's fast too!
If you can't even get our IP, it's either a server somewhere between, or your ISP's DNS records have somehow been fudged..
