Frankly as someone who posted serious-ish stuff that was taken wrong and been banned (Twice) from a forum I won't mention
, I say delete Phil and temp ban those responsible, Judging from the post there I think it safe to guess who they are. For they ruinned threads, pissed people off and are getting let off with a slaped wrist for being oldies. A joke a joke, pointless spam by those that know better just because they felt like it should be punished.
Everyone must be treated equal or what the point, to an open forum?
