Yeap. Tennessee will increase soon. I think there is one scheduled in the next month. Dale Workman is scheduled to die by lethal injection within the month. He was sentenced to death for killing a police officer in Memphis back in the late 70's or early 80's. He lost his final appeal. Of course, there will be one more before he is executed. There really never is a final one til they are dead.
