IMO, Kerry just made a lot of empty promises. It was just unlucky for Bush that he had to become president at that certain time, and have to make the decision about Iraq. Whether he went to war or not, people would've been against him. It wasn't his fault - we should lay off him for a moment, and give him time to do what he needs to do. The previous years were just a warm-up.
