People that use heroin, would probably selfdestruct in another way if there's no dope around. There's so many good information on the downsides of heroin, but there's still people stupid enough to give it a try. When you were born with shit instead of brains in your skull, you're going to end up in the gutter anyhow. You can't blame the trafficer for their stupidity. Like i said, put him in jail for a few years, i'm sure he'll learn his lesson inthere. Hanging someone over smuggling drugs is inhumane. Apparently Kakero doesn't even think hanging is suitable enough, maybe he'd like to torture him a bit first.
