Unless you have ToB, dont bother with WIS or INT, they have no effect (very little anyway) on your game. You will miss out on one or two witty comments, some options for the limited wish spell (which aint that good anyway IMHO) and some lore, which you dont need because of the glasses of ID. CON no higher than 16, strength... there is a girdle to increase it to 19 right near the start of the game... but you may want another belt. DEX, max it out (18). CHA, as Tassadar said, these is a ring right near the start, as well as a friends scroll, and if you go to the docks district, you can purchase a nymph cloak (+1 or 2 CHA) That + the ring + friends will give you 25 charisma, you'll be the hottest sorceress on the planet
