Try to the delete the content of your \Baldurs Gate 2\Temp, \Baldurs Gate 2\Tempsave, and \Baldurs Gate 2\Cache (but NOT the Data folder, which is in the Cache folder).

Also, like Vedran said, make sure your game is fully patched.
