That is completely false. Macs are actually better about needing to reload the OS than PC's are. I haven't had to reload the os on my G4 since I bought it over a year ago. I'm still running OS 8.6 on it because some of my audio programs like Cubase aren't supported by OSX yet.[/QUOTE]I haven't had to reload my os in 3 years, I'm running os 8.1. But sir Goulum is onto some thing, and reloading a MAC os is a piece of cake. But I'd trash the prefs fist then reload last.
