okay here is the basic background. im using the weimer mod (ease of use) to try out the shapeshifter re-balancing druid character. i always wanted a shapeshifter but the original bg2 specs sucked with it. now its great! this is how i believe the shapeshifter is suppose to be. anyway back to the story... i was starting in the underdark and with no problems. when i got to the part wherein you have to be disguised as a drow to enter, then the problem started to appear. i found out that there is a major bug in the weimer mod that cant be fixed that prevents me using my shapeshifter form in the drow city or anywhere as long i am disguised a drow.

in my party i have (multiplayer mode)
shapeshfter (main char)
monk
cleric of talos
bounty hunter
Imeon
Soceress

since my shapeshifter cant shift without the game to crash i lost one of my tanks. then another thing happened where my cleric was killed by a group of wandering adventurers. my cleric is the only one who can ressurect people and she is dead. since my last save to before entering the underdark, i could not reload. thinking that there is a temple in the area i searched everywhere and i mean EVERYWHERE for the temple to ressurect. i was in deep trouble. thirdly i lost Imeon by a beholder where i was taken in by surprise. i was in deep trouble now. my group was down to 4 with my main character that cant shapeshift into a tank. so i had to rely on my monk to be my main tank for a while. by a miracle, i was able to survive my ordeal and escape the underdark prison and was able to revert back to my formal normal self and the BUG was gone so i could shapeshift once again to the monster I am. [img]smile.gif[/img] right now im playing TOB with two of my best characters i have finished in BG2. thinking back, it somehow feels better that i was able to survive without reverting to my old save game or cheat to ressurect my fallen comrades. i was able to survive without two my characters. however, i do have a bug. once they were revived they still maintained thier drow form even though im already in chap 6 & 7. oh well, back to shadow keeper.
