in NWN as far as I know anyone who is a rougue can pretty much set up a trap and its based on 3rd ed so i'd probably go with "yes you can" if its 3rd ed...
2nd ed tends to make all the heroes seem incredibly weak all the time and 1st was munchkin city
I'm not too knowledged about being a rogue in 1st and second though I'm right now playing a 2nd eddition rogue in a game who's a foxanthrople elf [img]tongue.gif[/img] I'll have to see what I can get away with
