I have 3. Ill tell you, know matter how mad and frustered I get at them, tieing them up with anything is not the answer, I dont care where you live. I can attest that consistancy, truth, and integrity will win the respect and obediance of any child. The person who resorts to a chain to tie the kid down, is being lazy, period. They have givin up. There is no argument here. If someone wants to debate with me about this, they better have children for one, and two have some stastitics to back it up. You know, the ones that say "A new study by the blankety blank university says that, so many out of so many toddlers the age of 3, show signs of improvement with discepline, after being tied up." Something like that.
