If you're as "un-savvy" about computers as I am, here is a simple way to convert your file to .jpg. (this is the same thing that everybody has already said, just in a step-by-step format).
If you managed to Save a PrintScreen that you like from Baldur's Gate, just go to the file with that image in it and open.
Microsoft will automatically put it into a graphics program (like Paint).
Next, click on the FILE button on the top Toolbar and choose "Save As..."
Keep the same file name, but look at the box that determines file type. It should be in the lower left corner and will probably say .bmp (for bitmap - since this is the format of your original PrintScreen Image).
Click on the arrow in that box and it will bring up the other possible file extensions/types - one of which will be .jpg.
Click on .jpg.
Click "Save".
You have now Saved a second copy of your image in .jpg format and RanchoWeb will gladly upload it for you.
