"As you can see behind me, a large group of spectators has gathered to witness Portland native Joe Schmoe in his one-man 'Portlanders against crack crack-in.' The crack-in enters its 15th hour now. Mr. Schmoe told our cameras earlier today that he had hoped others would join in the crack-in, but is willing to go it alone if he must to make our streets safe from drugs."
