From what I've read in the papers recently both coke and fruit juices will actually dissolve part of the tooth enamel, and brushing teeth right after drinking coke or OJ will make sure it disappears and therefore can't settle again. The trick would be to wait a while before brushing, or giving them up entirely ('them' being either the teeth or the drinks [img]tongue.gif[/img] ).
Milk products and water are appearantly okay to drink, but I'm sure that one day they'll find reasons to label those as unhealthy as well.
