What would be the reason this time ..was the question asked....well in this case Iran has a publicly declared nuclear program. it is officially for peaceful energy production purposes..which sounds reasonable...untill you relaize that Iran has more oil than they know what to do with and is quite capable of generating all the electricity they need from conventional means....not saing its a good reason...just A reason.
