As I recently posted...a boiled water and granulated sugar mix (heavy on the sugar) to soak the cut in, seals those puppies very fast...I had a similar cut on my finger a few days ago and now it is almost non-detectable.......make sure you clean it good and boil the water to kill germs.
I used Hydrogen peroxide and rubbing alcohol to clean my cut...and made sure it got all the way into the cut.
