Yes I agree. I feel sorry for them actually, having to do such a cruddy job. They don't always help themselves though. The other day I answered the phone, and this was the conversation:
Me: Hello?
Her: Is Mr or Mrs [last name] there?
Me: Who can I say is calling?
Her: Crystal.
Me: Who?
Her: Crystal.
Me: I see. What are you calling about?
Her: Oh well I'm from [some company] doing research on [something].
Me: We're not really interested in that actually.
