1/Paladin
2/Cleric dualed to Mage
3/Thief dualed to Mage
4/Sorcerer
5/Fighter dualed to Druid
6/...spare

bare in mind that I am mage heavy and the 2 tanks are the first two.
I need someone who can use a 2hswd
