Nonsense. In your case, the rights to your music alone are very valuable. Not necessarily in monetary terms but possibly even in those.
I have a negative credit in my bank account, but I have many books and CDs and clothes which I have selected with care and which I know my sister, my mother, and others would love to have to remember me by. There's almost always something to bequeath, doesn't have to be worth a lot of money.
