Plus with the upcoming new movie in a year or two they needed to resurrect him to get more attention driven toward the move. As well as The Avengers movie. Although it feels like they just killed him not to long ago, usually he has a longer period of death.

I think Captain America as died and been resurrectd more than any other hero. Every time I see him in a comic I am like didn't he die a few years ago.

Maybe they clone him this time around. I don't think he has been cloned before. i am not a fan of clones I didn't like that story to much in Spiderman.
