I like the Shadow Dragon armour, use this if you already have a high Sleath percentage.

Armour of Deep Night provides better protection than the Nights Gift +5, but the Shadow dragon armour is hands down the best out of these three.

Yes, simply because Deep Night is studded and Gift is leather.
Studded leather has AC modifiers of:
It is therefore clear that, although both armours provide the same base AC, Deep Night is superior for protecting against 3 out of 4 damage types, and equal for the forth. [EDIT:]I forgot to answer your question[/EDIT]: When you say 150 for stealth, do you mean 150 in hide in shadows and 150 in move silently? If so then that is plenty and there is no need to raise this further. Since HIS and MS work in unison, it's worth spreading your points across the 2 abilities. If you've just pumped move silently *or* hide in shadows to 150, then your overall stealth skill is generally 75%, so the benefits from the Gift Armour might be worth considering, but for physical protection, the Night's Gift is an impressive armour for a thief. Shadow dragon scale. Best AC, counts as a studded leather armour, too.

Thanx guys! BTW I just came up with another Q. Since it doesnt say anything about the armour being enchanted, is it possible to use the RoP+2 with the armor?
