no one will come for you, you go to them. Go to the Radiant Heart building and go talk to Prelate Wesslan.

Although i think it is bugged if you use the any class stronghold thingie. Well for me it woulldn't let me have it. =(

No, the most you get out of it is a spot as a paladin in the Radiant Heart.

Question: did you already deal with Firkraag? If so, you might want to reload from a save, because you can't deal with Firkraag until the Radiant Heart specifically tells you to do so.

I haven't killed Firkraag yet, if thats what you mean.

I'm not Dundee but I'm pretty sure he does. If you didn't talk to Garren Windspear after saving his child then that's what you need to do, because when you talk to him he says he's talked to the Radiant Heart about you and you should go and talk to them...
