Clerics turning (blowing up) vampires

What level does a Cleric have to be to blow up vampires on a Turn Undead roll?

Also: Is it possible to turn Bodhi?

I think you have to be like level 17-19. And no, you can't turn Bohdi, nor Demi-Liches. Either than that that, you can turn anything undead with a high-level cleric: vampires, liches, skeletons, vampiric illithids, shadows, anything...

Well there is a certain Demi-Lich that can be turned but you need to be at very high level to do it.

That's bizzare! How can anyone make a table of Turn Undead levels for the Undead creatures in the game and NOT include any form of Vampire?!? I'll have to go home & see if my list there omits Vampires as well.
