I have completed the game b4, but cant remember how long it is before Jaihera is attacked for the romance to begin. Im just about to leave for Brynlaw and obviously cant return to Ank* to reclaim her after she dissapears back to the Harper Hold. It's been about 40 ish days and still no ambush? Does anyone know if there is a timelimit on this? I doubt I'll survive the Uncerdark without her.

The romance begins at the moment that you accept Bayle's proposal with the dialogue "So where now fearless leader".
Also the romance uses a real time timer not an in game timer so the fact that 40 have passed doesn't mean much.What is your LT rating?
