Download some of my custom portraits.

Since I posted this on the BioWare forums, I thought I'd post it here too.
These are portraits I made about a year ago. Just unzip them into the portraits file in your game directory or unzip them and choose the ones you like and move those into the directory.

They're pretty decent, pictures of Xena, comic book characters, Interview with the Vampire, etc.

Not bad, Paleface. The vampire ones are especially cool (not hard to see where you got the inspiration for your name

) but i prefer portraits that retain the same styles as the BG2 originals. The portrait portal fits the bill nicely.

how come no one makes potraits that look like the ones from the game...those look all real these are just cartoon pictures and pictures of brad pit(no offense)
there is one site that has good quality portaits but its all pictures of cameron diaz and arnold swarzejsaodijijsadonegger
i just cant find a portrait in the game that represents my character very good but all the ones on the net dont look nearly as good as the ones in the game
if someone knows of a site which has real looking pictures then please tell me

Might sound weird Chamberlain, but you really do get the best portraits by using real photos. Since the aim of the original BG1 and BG2 portraits was to make them as realistic as possible. Take a look at these, top and bottom pic is great for Assassins.

You have to upload the images to a web host or file storage service of some sort first. Then all you have to do is use the [IMG ]http://xxx.xxx.xxx[/IMG ] (remove spaces inside the tags) tag to show the pics here.

you can point to an already uploaded image, the only restriction is that it has to be on the net.

ok but thats why i was trying to say...how come all the ones u find on the net are either cartoony or just a fuzzy images from a movie..the ones from baldur's gate 2 look REALLY good and realistic and i love them but i just cant find the right one for my mage...but u honestly cant stand here and tell me those pictures of brad pitt are good for this game
