When you import a character from BG1 who has the golden pantaloons, will the pantaloons be in the dungeon or will you need to find them all over again?
Also if you do import a character with items attached, I heard if you press pause before any scenes start it will have all the items and if you unequip them, then you will be able to retrieve them when play starts, is this true as well?

SPOILER...
The golden pantaloons can be found inside a hiden container behind a painting in a room where there also is a "prison golem". Regarding the pause trick... I never tryied it. |

Yeah, right after the "Loading screen" is over, quickly press pause, then press "I" to go to your inventory screen. Just unequipp everything and Put it on the GROUND. after Irenicus is done with his evil rant, you can just pick them up again. I didn't know that villains could be so sloppy

# # # # Visit the graveyard at some point and listen out for some muffled shouts for help in the northern part of the map. That will get you started on the right quest. If you want the pantaloons then you must take the 'evil' path with a person you will find in your power. |
