I tried for 3 hours...no luck, did exactly what the walkthrough said atleast 5 times. I get Therikan's Phylactery to kill the lich in the 4th room left side and take it too the 3rd room right side. Nothing happens, lich keeps spawning and I keep killing him. Those 2 Bronze Sentries that are supposed to be near the door, are not there either. Anyone know whats up? I patched the game to latest version already as well.

Click on the statues in front of each of the tombs to find Jamoth's, and have the person with the stone enter it. It should automatically destroy the lich. As for the Sentries, they only show up after you return and talk to the ghost, and get the Forge Key. Don't be in such a hurry to fight them, they're extremely tough.

The walkthrough is wrong on which room to take it to. Go to the 2nd room on the right.
