ARGH!! Healer is dead, how to revive?

Ok, I'm still in chapter 1 (prologue?). Anyway, I've just fought off the goblin attack, Cabalus (he was the last goblin standing) with his last attack killed my paladin(2)/cleric(1). All my other characters are fine, but I want him back as he's my only healer. Who do I see for this? I've tried Nolan the healer, but he only healed the rest of my party.

Go in town, there is a tent. The priest there should be able to resurect your character, for a price...

Thanks for the info. That healer ever heard of price gouging? That was VERY expensive!

I don't know what your party is, but I have a bard and a paly in mine and I find they are really helpful in the healing area! My bard has two levels of healing spells and I'm in Ch 5. Not sure, but I think one of them might even be able to use a raise dead scroll.

Well once you get into chapter one, if you help a certain priestess, for the rest of the chapter you'll be able to get some "bargain basement" healing to make up for the big gouge you just suffered.

I've just met this certain priestess. i was wondering, how can i get more than one of my characters past that entrence? I can only find one invisibility potion, i can get one past, but not my other 3 characters. I don't think this one character is gonna be able to take all those orcs... in short, HELP!

EDIT] Done that quest, got her sword back for her. You said cheap healing? Cheap!? Her prices are almost double those of the priest in town! Only thing she has cheap is cure light wounds.

The beginning of the game is rough- lots of battles and not much gold available, but it does get more plentiful- I've found enough loot to survive and I've made it to chapter 5.

Well, my party now consists of:

Human Fighter(4)/Barbarian(1)
Human Paladin(2)/Cleric(3)
Moon Elf Wizard(5)
Human Rogue(5)

I have made it to the bridge. First time i tried, i got messed up pretty badly(read: all characters killed), and the second time, bridge was destroyed while i talked to that Xuki person(so close!) Third attempt now...
I must say this game takes alot of strategy to survive. Luring enemies to choke points has saved my bacon numerous times, as has the sharing of damage (i.e mage tanks when other characters have low hp) My favorite RPG was BGII, now this one tops the list!
ADD] I usually just charged in with my fighters, i never used to bother with ranged weapons except for my mages/clerics... now every character i use has a bow/xbow/sling. Start battles by having every character pull out their missile weapon and pound on enemy spell casters, THEN charge with tanks. Works rather well i think.

When all else fails, you can always pray to your gods for a chance relive the past few minutes and try not to make the same mistakes.

What?? Everything she sells for me is the same low low price - 1 gp. Then again I have a silver-tongued Rogue who asked her what kind of rewards we'd get when she asked me to go get her sword

I use her as an "Aid" machine - 6 gp and the whole party is buffed.
